Education:
Angie and Dave have undergraduate degrees from Louisiana State University.
Angie and Dave have the MAI, Member, Appraisal Institute, and SRA, Senior Residential Appraiser, designations from the Appraisal Institute.
Angie has a Masters in Business Administration from University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Angie has the RW/AC, Right of Way Appraisal Certification from the International Right of Way Association.
Our History:
Dave started as a residential appraiser in 1985.
In 1990 Dave started training to become a commercial appraiser.
In 1995 Dave started The Lakvold Group.
Angie was hired by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development as an appraiser in 1986.
In 1990 Angie started training to become a commercial appraiser.
Angie and Dave married in 1994 and have lived and worked together since.
In 1995 Angie was hired as the regional manager and review appraiser for First Commerce Corporation.
In 1999 Angie joined Dave at The Lakvold Group.
Dave focuses on commercial bank and litigation appraisals.
Angie focuses on infrastructure and litigation appraisals.
Angie and Dave have two adult children.

Angie was the Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President of the Appraisal Institute's State Chapter for Louisiana.
